• Owned the P&L for the SEO department, ensuring efficient budget management and forecasting.

• Successfully increased profitability by growing revenue from £200k to £1.4m while optimising costs including staff, freelancers, and tools. 

• Mentored and developed a specialist team from 2 to 12 members, creating structured development plans and succession strategies to ensure talent retention and team growth. 

• Lead business development including across SEO-only, Digital, and full Media pitches for clients including Ocado, Shell Energy, GWR, Fossil and PVH US (Calvin Klein and Tommy).

• Managed team development, P&L, revenue, forecasting and new business pipeline
• Senior leader within Commerce practice, reporting to the Chief Commerce Officer and leading collaborative initiatives with senior leadership across Performance, Planning and Strategy.

• Nurtured senior stakeholder client relationships from pitch through to delivery, ensuring performance and measurement are consistently showcased within accounts.

• Spearheaded the development of new products and operations across SEO-PPC Integrated Search, Search & Social Insights, data-driven Performance Content Strategy and Production, and Brand Demand Forecasting.

• Key agency stakeholder for data, technology and operations including development of reporting solutions, Google Analytics lead, tools procurement, and partnerships across WPP (VML, Acceleration, GroupM).
